José Pajares is a designer and researcher leading the Museum and Heritage Accessibility Area in CESyA, a Spanish research center dependent of the Ministry of Health and Social Affairs and managed by Carlos III University of Madrid. The center was created in 2005 to promote a wider accessibility in the media industry .

He works in the fields of interaction design, accessibility, social communication and mobile media and is coauthor of the book “Accessible Multimedia Guides: the Museum for All” and other articles in indexed academic journals.
